Shipping Rates & Services for Individual Sellers
To ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible, HomePro Garden has engaged Amazon.com to ship all of their products.
Shipping is currently only available in the Contiguous United States. The arrival date will depend on the shipping method selected below.
Standard Shipping orders should arrive in 4 to 5 business days.
Two-Day Shipping orders should arrive within 2 business days.
One-Day Shipping orders should arrive in 1 business day.
Note: In some areas, Saturday and Sunday delivery may be available. If weekend delivery is available to your destination, it will be specified on the product page and/or during checkout. Delivery estimates for FREE Prime Two-Day shipments to destinations that don’t have weekend delivery are based on two business day transit times, not including Saturday or Sunday.
How do we refund an order?
Returns or refunds can be initiated through the Amazon website if requested within 30 days of delivery. If it is more than 30 days past the delivery date and you would like to return the product, simply contact us through Seller Central or the contact us form link.
Our standard return policy is 60 days, however, please contact us if you find a problem after this date. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we are more than happy to consider later requests.
If you have registered your product with us, we also provide a full year’s warranty. Simply contact us with the following information to let us know you will be returning the product.

After you return your product, we will send a replacement product to you at no extra charge if shipped in the Contiguous United States. Or if you prefer, we can issue you a coupon in the amount of your purchase (excluding shipping) via email to use on any of our products.
